Great.
On the investing side, I don't think we should completely write him off. I have had this conversation with him a number of times before and he has said on most all occasions that he isn't sure why an Indian investor would invest in the U.S. when India is such a good investment. Why invest in U.S. real estate when Indian real estate is so hot, for example. He may be right, but I am not sure he has a good idea what his bank clients may be investing in abroad. There also may be a reluctance to use the chits of getting meetings with the Chairmen of the Banks but the offer has been there for Hunter to do so at some point and if we have our ducks in a row and you and Hunter have done your homework on Real Estate we can get the meetings if we want. I think we can do some strategizing on our own and use him in some select cases once we have more info the state of Indian investments in the U.S.
