We have exchanged some preliminary thoughts on the Coalition with AECOM. We
should probably quietly progress the discussions a bit further internally
before reaching out to Jo Linda Thompson.


By copy of this note, I’ll ask Cindi to schedule a call with you, me and
Peter to discuss a bit further. We’d like the benefit of your current
thoughts before making any specific proposals to AECOM.

We've been brainstorming on ways in which we can move forward on the NEC
Coalition and had a few preliminary questions. Is there a time I can briefly
talk with one of you to quickly review them? Most of them are budgetary and
