This looks good and I filled in the blanks. Scott Whalen asked to
reschedule mid day today so let's be less specific on the date. It will
most likely be Monday the 6th or the week of the 13th as we offered those
options. It is preferable, as I'll be able to attend the first lunch upon
rescheduled time, which was not going to be the case this Thursday.
