Phil,

It was great to see you recently and we're excited to move forward on a number of the initiatives we discussed. The short term action items we've identified include:

1) Kenny to send NDA and GBMS / BOMA contract details,
2) Kenny to send Saudi Arabia contacts for RSP to run additional vetting processes, and
3) RSP to work with Estrella to identify specific project opportunities that could include Kenny. We've already had follow up discussions with Manuel and will narrow our initial focus on Colombia, Panama and Ecuador. Ideally, we could arrange a time for you to go down to the DR and discuss these further with Manuel in person and see their operations.

We'd also like to formalize an agreement between our firms on how to work going forward.

Let's schedule a call in the near future to discuss how best to move ahead. Let me know if I'm missing anything.
