I searched my files and have nothing in 2014 except for copies of the certificates of cancellation for the three BG entities. You are correct, everything wound down in 2013. I have literally zero BG entries in any accounting system whatsoever. Our last entry was in December of 2013 when we retired our portion of BG’s debt to Washington First Bank. We formally cancelled the entities in 2014 after all the paperwork was wrapped up. Let me know if you would like me to scan the certificates of cancellation of the three BG entities.
