So you know he was introduced to me by Andrew Sprague ( good friend of mine and his) as someone to talk to about Bracebridge. His family has a place in Easton. Jim and I were to meet and we had to cancel. I am taking Brian to look at some properties in and around Ft Meade and acting as the Broker per his request. He has mentioned wanting to follow up with me on Bracebridge and after me setting up the meeting with you it will happen more freely. He was very psyched, so thank you. When you meet on 15th will you segway into Bracebridge and your helping etc. I will send you the last book and summary. Raising 21 million. We are taking commitments and all private expect small piece from Avenue, maybe. Talk about you experience at Spring and CCC. He is the type of guy that would invest to be involved with good people. Please review the package on your next plane flight or something. Would it be possible to meet up with some of those DC folks on you list between Nov 16th and 18th? Small gathering in DC. 3 or 4 couples? We could use 2 Million form DC folks. That is 4 shares. Jim and I will be around the area for various meetings. We will put this to bed by December. Thanks for any help. Sorry you can't make next week to SC. Or better yet get those folks to come to CCC and Spring before Holidays.
