Dear Friends,

We gathered in Bethesda in our circle on Wednesday night, January 25th, and
there was an immediate feeling of beauty and inspiration. There was a
palpable sense of safety and exploration which allowed awareness and wisdom
to begin to flow right away. We co-created an extremely deep practice
together which facilitated healing for people physically, emotionally,
spiritually and politically…and supported a depth of intuitive vision that
empowered and strengthened people in their personal development and their
life choices. After the practice people shared their ideas for an ongoing
Inspiration presence in D.C., and then we had a wonderful vegetarian
pot-luck.

We decided to move forward with:

- Meeting every two months for a 2-hour spiritual practice and
breathing breath, sharing and pot-luck
- Planning an evening breathwork workshop in the D.C. area relatively
soon. People are looking at various locations we can use and we hope to
have something set up for April or May
- An 8-Week Awakening Course in D.C. “sooner than later”

All of this is just the beginning.

I’m really happy that we will be having consistent Inspiration DC meetings
that all of you can count on. It will help us build something substantial
over time. If you have not yet attended, I hope you will come and
experience the immense field of love and depth that these circles are
flowering. It feels very poignant to each of us to be doing this work in
our nation's capital at this time.

The next meeting will be Wednesday March 15 from 7 to 9 p.m. We will again
be Lauren Caffritz at 6015 Walhounding Rd., Bethesda. phone 301-221-8278
<(301)%20221-8278>.

May every moment of your life be infused with love, wisdom and presence.
Thank you for all you do to make the world a better place.

Holding each of you with love, respect, and blessings,

Jessica
