Got it. The 3 pages on RSA we can use as a reference point to aid the discussion if needed - this was the content I developed back in June with Andrews and Curt for their AUS trip, so it's vetted and on target. The rest we can keep back pocket or for another time. I'll work to make sure it's all clean and stop there. On a totally separate vector warming a relationship with Viacom as a potential suitor for Alloy 18-24 months down the road is something to keep in the back of our minds. BET very well could be a client, but Michael's background is as follows- Stanford undergrad and masters in applied mathematics- he was also a world class sprinter. Then he went to CIA for 5 or so years as a field agent in Sub-Saharan Africa and is currently the CFO of BET. Clearly he has a background that gives him an interesting vantage point from which to critique add value to RSA. Rosemont Seneca Partners R.
