Attached are the comps for Cataphora's e-Discovery business that is for
sale. They are in active NDA discussion with all the industry names for a
sell / buy.


I thought Jeremy Kroll may be interested in this business. And he could
also be an interesting relationship / partnership going forward in terms of
Global Risk / Analytics, et. al.


Timing is key, ideally we'd get a call / meeting with Jeremy in the next
