Finally talked to May in the leasing office today and told her definitively that we weren't taking the space. She said she was going to advertise it and would try and let us know if they have someone who is interested as they would rather have us there. I told her I knew in six months we'd be back to her and want it and she laughed and said it always happens that way. Bottom line - we are good with them, it still isn't getting rented anytime soon and it is possible in two months they'll come back to us and ask if we want it again. Maybe then we'd be in a better place.
