Good Afternoon Everyone,
We hope you are all doing well.  We are exactly 1.5 weeks away from the start of the Spring Season!  We have a large group coming out for the team this year and your coaches are all very excited to get going.
Please see details below regarding events leading up to Week 1:

Sat, Feb 18:: NO practice
Sat, Feb 25 (11am-12:15pm):: Senior Led Open Field Scrimage -- we are going to forego the small groups. All players welcome!
Mon, Feb 27::1st Day of Practice
Thurs, March 2 (6pm):: Parent Meeting followed by Va Beach Meeting (Rusch Team Room/Athletic Center)

M, 3:45-5:45
T, 2:45-4:45
W, 3:45-5:45
Th, 3:45-5:45 (plan to split teams by end of day)
F, 2:45-4:45 (JV 2:45-4:15)
Sat, March 4 :: Varsity LAX Playday– hosted by SFS (Games at 12, 12:30, 1:30, 3:30) -- we will need some help with concession stand and game clocks so we will ask JV to be available for part of the day.

What you Need To Bring To Practice:
Stick, mouthguard, goggles, sneakers/turfs, and a winning attitude! The weather is looking promising so gear up to be outside as much as possible.
GAME schedule:: ONLINE and attached to this email...please look ahead to avoid conflicts.
