Good afternoon, Members of the Board.

As a follow up to yesterday’s meeting, the Board has decided to designate the June 2017 meeting as a half-day, strategic session in lieu of following our usual, traditional Board meeting agenda.

Your in-person attendance at this meeting would be most appreciated, so we are in search of one or two other dates during the month of June that will work for all.
