EMAIL DETAILS

I took global out of Assanis' quote. The other two places the word
globally appears in the release the school is describing its own global
recognition, not describing the scope of the work as global -- I think
that's ok. I also changed impacting policy to developing policy in the
VP's quote and eliminated "hardworking" so as not to be redundant.

If no other changes, I will send back to Delaware shortly. We are all set
from both Penn and Delaware for a 10AM announcement on Tuesday.
