Hunter, see below. Not sure how you want to respond, but as a reminder, of the money that you received in salary from Owasco on the 20th of this month the majority of this money went to pay your “autopays” and per the agreement between your attorneys the remainder was split $10,000 for Kathleen and $4,000 to you. That list of autopays was shared with Kathleen’s attorney and has been the same list we have been operating off of for the past two years at least. The agreement was that no other bills could be paid until and unless you received additional compensation. This included payments to Dr. Giannini and Kathleen’s lawyer and accountant. It also includes any payments to Kathleen’s parents, Lourdes and other doctor bills (Kathleen asked earlier this week if Dr. Skelsey had been paid as an example). Joan and I are happy to pay any additional bills but the only available money with which to do so would have to come out of the $10,000 that went to Kathleen or the $4,000 that went to you. Or there would have to be a decision to not pay one of the autopays (however as those are essential payments that would not be advisable). Eric D. They haven't received a payment in over a year. I have been telling you this and yet no payment is made. Until the divorce is final and finances settled, I am assuming that you are paying the bills. > > Sent from my iPhone
