Dear Tenants,

We want to sincerely apologize to those of you still affected by last week’s telephone server crash. We are aware that several phones in the building are still not working properly. Our IT contractor is scheduled to come out here again at 2 PM today. If you are currently having issues with your phones but have not yet reported it to me, please do so by 2 PM today so that our IT contractor may have a look.
