Dear Members of the Board,

The full Board meeting conference call is scheduled for Thursday,
December 9th at 4:00pm. This call will last approximately 1 hour.

With your help, ZERO is completing one of its most successful years
ever. More than 10,000 men were tested for free, fellow Board Member
Sherry Galloway and PCF's Dr. Jonathan Simons successfully testified
before Congress, the Summit to End Prostate Cancer was an unmitigated
success as numerous Members of Congress, including House Speaker Nancy
Pelosi attended our activities. On top of all of this, ZERO hosted 13
races around the country grossing more than $800,000 (with more income
still arriving) and our endurance teams raised nearly $100,000.

The Board is also completing its most successful year ever. You raised
more than $12,000 to re-brand the Drive vehicles, you added energetic,
passionate and committed new Board Members and you oversaw an overall
19% increase in the organization's revenues. You also established a new
precedent for in-person Board meetings and participated extensively in
the Summit to End Prostate Cancer.

All told, a victory in the battle against prostate cancer.

Now, however, is not the time to relax. The fourth quarter of the year
is generally the largest income generator for a nonprofit. The monies
raised in October, November and December not only fill-out the year,
they position the organization for the worst quarter of the year;
January, February and March. While much has improved in the financial
stability of the organization, the economy has held ZERO's operating
reserve to just about 30 days giving us little room to negotiate
financially during the lean first quarter.

As a Member of the Board we are asking each of you to do the following
to help us finish the year strong and position ourselves for an even
more successful 2011:

--Provide ZERO's development staff with contact information for 3
to 5 people who you believe should be involved in the prostate cancer
battle. This includes foundations where you may have a contact.
Jonathan, Skip, Jamie and David will be happy to make calls, send emails
and meet with potential donors

--Please forward our year-end appeal emails to your friends and
family with a personal note encouraging them to donate or purchase a
"share" of the cure for someone they know*

--Send us a quote about why you are involved as a Board Member of
ZERO

--Let companies, individuals and your contacts know about the new
website that will go live after Thanksgiving.


Your guidance, generosity and involvement has been stellar this year and
we look forward to a bigger, better next year and more importantly, a
few steps closer to achieving Generation ZERO.
