Dear Ms. Chung,

It was a pleasure speaking with you earlier and we look forward to welcoming Ms. Biden to the law school on Friday. We will expect her arrival at 10:00am and she will meet with the following individuals: Erin Van Dorn, Director of Admissions; Andrew Guzman, Dean of USC Gould School of Law. Additionally, Ms. Van Dorn will provide her with a tour of the law school. I would expect all of the above activities to last approximately two hours (if a quicker tour is needed, that can easily be accommodated).

I have made a parking reservation under the name Hunter Biden in Parking Structure X (PSX) located just inside Gate 3 of the USC campus. The reservation is good for an arrival as early as 9:00am. The RSVP ID for the reservation is 160230. The ID is not normally necessary, but I always like to provide it. An interactive USC campus map with parking locations is available here - http://web-app.usc.edu/maps/. Gate 3 is located on Figueroa Street (across from the Galen Athletic Center) in between Jefferson Blvd and Exposition Blvd. The law school is a short 5 minute walk from PSX and the parking attendant will be able to provide a campus map. Ms. Biden should plan on first arriving at the admissions office, located in Room 100 on the first floor of the law school building. At that point, she will either meet with Ms. Van Dorn or we will escort her upstairs to meet with Dean Guzman. Ms. Van Dorn can be reached via her direct line at 213-821-4653 with any needs on Friday.

As I had mentioned, I will not be here Friday, but am more than happy to follow-up directly with Ms. Biden. You are welcome to pass along my e-mail address and direct telephone line (213-740-0526).
