Hallie, Hunter and Ashley,
As we come to the end of the first year of operations for the Beau Biden Foundation I'd like to suggest we, as the Exec Committee of the board, establish a performance review process for Josh and Patty.
I have attached a form we can use and would suggest both Patty and Josh complete the form as a self evaluation and include a list of accomplishments for the past year and individual goals for 2017. Ask that they complete the forms by Jan 10th.
They can send their individual completed forms to each of us. At that point we can gather our individual comments and thoughts and meet with them individually to discuss positives/negatives related to their 2016 performance and goals for 2017. Meeting can include the 4 of us or one or two designated Exec Committee members and can take place the week of Jan 16.
Final goal for this process will be to recommend salary adjustments to the board based on the outcome of the annual reviews by the end of January.
Please let me know if you agree that we should move forward with this process? I'm open to suggestions /other ideas --
