My father is receiving his second radiofrequency treatment at this moment. After that he will receive the biological target therapy. However, since the results of the gene testing will not come out until this Wednesday (Beijing time), the doctors have not yet decided the medications for the target therapy.

Hunter has been in touch with MD Anderson, which is the premier Cancer Hospital in the United States and they are going put us in touch with a doctor with expertise in this particular type of cancer. We should hear from them tomorrow. We’ll keep you posted.

Very sorry to hear about your father/grandfather.

Could you answer a few more questions for us so we can help you further?

1) In addition to the radio frequency ablation, is your father receiving any chemotherapy? If so, what drug is being used? Has the RFA been successful in eliminating the tumor?

2) Where in the tumor is the body? Has the cancer spread anywhere else?

3) What is the prognosis and what stage in the cancer (Stage One, Two, Three or Four)?

4) Are you ultimately looking to have your father treated in the U.S. or would you just like to be aware of the best treatments being used in the U.S. for this type of cancer?

Sorry for all the questions, but this will help us find out the right answers for you.
