Good Afternoon: Please find attached the draft proposal for the renaming and creation of the Joseph R. Biden School of Public Affairs and Civic Engagement. This is the first draft for the restructuring of the existing public policy program into a new exciting world class institution here at UD. This will become the basis of our discussions for the new school as we formulate the final plans for the program and facility.
