Dear Member,

It is with a heavy heart that I share Carolina's resignation from Four
Seasons.

Carolina joined Four Seasons in 2007 at FS Santa Barbara where she first
entered the Spa World after several years working on the hotel side of the
industry. In April 2012 after her 'year around the world' Global Spa
Trainee Program where she had stops in Maui, Hong Kong, Maldives, Bali,
Doha, Paris she ended with us here in Washington DC.

She was instrumental in many changes here in The Spa, renovations,
treatment creations and promotions and helping me take care of the
day-to-day operation of the spa.

Carolina is joining a Real Estate Development company here in DC where she
will be the right hand of the CEO. Not only will this role give her
insights into a new career path but will also allow her more flexible
hours to take care of her gorgeous baby boy Valentino...

My team and I will miss her very much, but I know she will stay in town,
will stay in touch and come visit us every once in a while.
Her last day with us will be Tuesday July 26th.

Please join me in congratulating her to this new adventure in her life and
wishing her well for her future ...
