Hi guys - <br/><br/>So the one on Devista said they rented as of today. So too late on that one. I've reached out to the one on Sky and waiting to hear back, and I've reached out to Benedict Canyon and it can't be shown until May 10th, but we're on their list for it. Was the other one on Nichols Canyon of interest?<br/><br/>While I look out at Malibu and Pacific Palisades and will send those later this evening, I have a more immediate option if of interest. A client of mine bought a home in Beverlywood last summer and she's going to be headed back to the Hampton's for the summer. She's going to be renting her home, furnished, for June and July (actually can also do last 2 weeks of may and first 2 of August if interested). It just came on the market today. The house is well located, but certainly not a Hollywood Hills home. The area is nice and it's next to an elementary school that will be closed for summer.
