Dear Friends, Welcome to your weekly #TeamLisa update. With 60 days until the Democratic Primary in September we want to make sure everyone is up-to-date on all our campaign is doing. Here are some key updates: 60 Days to Go! Thank you to the amazing members of #TeamLisa who came out this week to make calls, knock doors and help spread Lisa's message that it's time to do different in DC. Expect to see a lot of new info coming from us over the next few weeks as we prepare for GOTV, including an expanded issues section on our website, new agenda releases and more. Lisa Continues to Lead in Cash on Hand! Lisa continues to lead the pack in cash on hand for the 3rd quarter in a row, with $40,000+ more in the bank than our closest opponent. And that means more TV ads, more mail pieces, more yard signs and volunteer resources than any other candidate in the race over these final 60 days. If you haven't gotten to contributing to our campaign yet, click here to contribute now and help keep our momentum going! Delaware Contractor's Association Candidate Forum. Special thanks to Ann Canby, Don Brown, Lynne Howard, Brian McGlinchey, David Singleton, and Brett Taylor for all of your help getting Lisa ready for Wednesday's DCA Candidates Forum. Lisa was tremendous as she delivered her solid message of creating jobs by reinvesting in our roads, railways, bridges and other infrastructure. Women for Lisa. We'll be kicking off Women for Lisa with honorary co-chairs Sally Gore, Cynthia Primo Martin, Ellen Kullman, Lozelle Deluz, Joann Conaway and Shefon Taylor with a breakfast event next Friday, July 22nd, 8-10am, at the Embassy Suites in Newark (654 South College Avenue.) You read it here first: Special guests will include Sen. Margaret Henry Rose, House Majority Leader Val Longhurst and Lucinda Guinn, Vice President for Campaigns at EMILY's List. ICYMI: DelDems Declines to Endorse. The DelDems' State Executive Committee met this past Wednesday and decided NOT to make an endorsement in the congressional race. Read more about the meeting here. Save the dates: July 20th. Shore Democrats Meet the Candidates. For those of you down state, come enjoy lunch with Lisa and the Shore Democrats at Northeast Seafood Kitchen, 29 Atlantic Avenue in Ocean View, 11:30am to 1:30pm. July 26th. Coalition of 100 Black Women Congressional Forum. This forum is being rescheduled for August. We'll let you know when it's happening! July 27th. #TeamLisa Democratic Convention Watch Party. Join us to watch as our Democratic Party makes history by nominating Hillary Clinton as our candidate for President of the United States.
