The ALS Association has launched a public survey to obtain feedback on Care Services programs, resources and information. Your thoughts on some of our Care Services initiatives will help us align resources in areas that have been identified as new priorities while maintaining successful programs and services. In addition, knowing what issues are important to you will help us work more effectively and efficiently. This survey will help people in the Greater Philadelphia Chapter and ALS families across the country.
