I only need her DOB (which I have) and her DC drivers license number. Can you get it for me? Most importantly though, is she allowed to drive alone with this license or is this still a permit where she can only drive with an adult for a set period of time? If it is a permit and she can't drive by herself we don't need to insure her until she gets a full license. Let me know. Eric D.
