duuuuuude,
Going alright.. but this place has been run as if it were a bottomless pit of money for 9 years. There are very few records, the Implementing partners sign payment vouchers with absolutely no knowledge of whether or not subcontractors have been paid.. millions is being siphoned off.. its a mess Hunt.
For our part, they love us.. They are extending us for another six months. We traced money from a US contractor directly to a very bad guy and from him to a bunch of other bad guys..
We are doing our small peice. LOTS of meetings.. to plan.. for what I am not always sure.. but the Army loves to plan!

Trying to make a flight on the 18th so I can be there for Danny's wedding.. can't come home for Christmas.
