They just elected a Republican governor and Rendell is no longer going to be in office there - so it becomes much more difficult. Certainly at the county/city level there may be places where we could be helpful but that would go throughout the country and at this point we were just identifying states where there are Democratic governors where we may have some contacts at that level.

An another note, I met with an investor in Transengen www.transengen.com – they want to hire us to help them with States. I will have a follow up meeting with them on Monday, but it’s seems like they want help right away. (Devon – this came in through Avi).
