1 1/2 - 2 points? $1mm bucks? We need to establish with the buy side before we convince this crazy woman to sell. The russian woman managing partner is adamant she doesn't want to sell but assuming she's trying to game us. The operating partner seems more open and would entertain a bid. What we're going to do is get a wink from the sell side (w/o them having to give up their cards) for the buy side to submit an unsolicited bid. We'll do some price discovery in the lunch and try and guide the process but it will be out of our hands quickly. Therefore we need an agreement.
