Devon- Have you had a chance to wordsmith the document? One change I just thought of I think we should include and implement is that I think we should set a general rule that "outsiders" we bring in to help service a client would get 20%. For example, just thinking about NCR and Nigeria and in this case consider Jay an "outsider" (i.e., anyone who doesn't carry a Rosemont card of some sort). He could be helpful on Nigeria with NCR. So, I would say, Neil get his 10% for bringing in the client, 10% for servicing it and I think if we asked Jay to work on it he would need 20%. That way we could have Rob Walker, Neil, Muldoon and Jay all working on it with nominal help and supervision from Hunter and me and the house keeps 60% and we give away 40%. I would use the same model if we asked Gabriel, Mike May or Cornerstone to help us with a sale for a client in a country or state where they have contacts. They'd get 20% of our take for making the sale. For those who work project to project 10% is too low I think. Only question this raises is what we would do if an "outsider" referred and serviced a client. 20 and 20 is too rich I think. On standard referrals our deal with Gabriel is 10% for a referral, but 20% with Cornerstone. It would be nice to have a standard, but maybe we just do that case-by-case. Thoughts? -- Eric D.
