Just wanted to confirm that Monday at 3pm still works for all for our management call. I am aiming to have a draft power point deck to share with you each on the call that would detail a little more defined structure to the Advisory business and an incentive/compensation plan for that as well. We can add other things to the agenda, but this would be the main goal.
