Attached are a summary, and copies of, the outstanding invoices. The total is about $142K. I can write off the $11K for Winergy. These have been pretty heavily discounted but can likely get Executive Committee approval for further discounts if needed.

I have you estimated for a $50,000 payment by Dec. 31 (although the $130K would be ideal!).

Please let me know what you can do.
