I spoke with Jim and we can definitely do ½ both months by the 22nd and BELIEVE that we can do the whole ($13.5k) by the 22nd each month (85% certain). I just have to see the money come in before we can be sure. I will confirm the whole as soon as possible. In the meantime you can definitely count on half.

Sara-

The payments for each month are as follows:

1) Lotito - $5442 due the first of each month (can not be late)
2) Washington First Bank Loan - $8081.37 - due on the 22nd of each month (probably a week grace period)

So, each month, on about the 22nd or so, I transfer $13,523.37 into BG Equity's Wachovia account (can be done in pre-tax dollars from your LLC) and write two checks.

If you just transferred/deposited it in, we can take care of writing the checks and making sure they are paid on time.
