This is from slide 8 in the Rosemont Realty deck Dan sent me on October
19th. This is from the description of the GPs - "Rosemont Capital and Lone
Rock" This language also appears on the original press release on the
website.

The core business units of Rosemont Capital are Rosemont

Realty, Rosemont Seneca Partners, and Rosemont SoleburyCapital Management.

Tell me if this isn't a big deal and we should just leave it. Not sure how
I would change it but the impression is that we are a subsidiary of Rosemont
Capital along with Rosemont Realty. 1) It is not accurate and 2) I don't
think it is helpful for you to be seen that way vis a vis Realty.

How about "Rosemont Capital and its affiliated firms include Rosemont
Realty, Rosemont Seneca Partners and Rosemont Solebury Capital Management"?
Better? Worse?
