Hey Robert,

We got a note back from Doron saying he would be in touch so I am not
sure we need to have another call. In the interim, Jeff Mains was in
the office with Rob Walker yesterday, I bounced the Elbit idea off of
him and suggesting that we might want to put his company together with
the other target. He agreed and is reaching out to people in the
industry to get information on the other company. It is not a public
company and is closely held by family member so it might be a little
difficult be he will pursue it.

With regard to the foreign governments -- he key targets that he
mentioned were Colombia, Peru and Nigeria. I am pursuing campaigns in
Nigeria and Peru, Colombia you guys know about. In Peru there is an
election in April so getting something through between now and then
would be challenging to say the least, the same thing is true in
Nigeria. We will have a lot more to talk to them about if we are on
the winning sides in those countries.

I think we should wait and see what Doron comes back to us with. I
will also talk to Gil and see what they think of a six month retainer
at $25,000 per month to do advisory work and source deals for them.
That retainer would then be a draw against any win bonuses or
commissions due. At the end of 6 months we could both look back and
see if it should be increased, decreased or stay the same.
