RB called this afternoon for an answer. I let it go to voice mail. My gut is really telling me to let the space go. We need sublettor income starting December 1 to make up for Steve and Paul - even if Chris said he'd cover the $5K a month for the space next door we still need to find someone to cover the lost income for the space Steve and Paul are vacating. This goes to your let them run with it comment. It shouldn't be our problem to worry about where someone is getting space and be on the hook for it - which we will. I have an office. Screw them. They can sit under the freeway. There will be space in the building when and if Analytics is ready for it. Happy to be convinced otherwise, but my gut is really telling me that others won't have their act together and if they don't care strongly enough why should we. Eric D.
