FYI, finally talked to the USOC person after a week of phone tag. Explained that the invoice took a while to get to us, apologized and said we'd be on top of it as soon as possible. They are totally fine and understood. They now have me as the point of contact. Also, the reason for the different prices was that the tickets are priced in Canadian dollars. When OVP quoted us ticket prices we were never told that it was in Canadian dollars. Anyway, the bill is converted to USD. That's why there was a slight difference between the quote and the bill.
