Sent a few emails last night - interested in your thoughts.

1) Space next door - I feel like we should let it go. Shouldn't be up to you and I to worry about this and be forced to cover it long term if none of these other things work out.
2) Chris Chafe - think we should schedule time to see him after T'giving, but really don't think this is worth a lot of immediate short term effort. Worth keeping it out there, but in the immediate I am not sure there is much reward/return.
3) Minor thing - but look at that Rosemont Realty language. Just want to tighten up the descriptions and make them accurate.
