I have been swamped this week, but wanted to send you this early draft from
our talk last week. Take a look and give me comments if you have a chance.
This is just an early start - I want to fill out some descriptions under
each class topic. Also need to think about what we want in terms of course
requirements. I was thinking, maybe, that we do something kind of different
and assign a class to each student and make them responsible for moderating
the class and that would be their grade. This might be too much of a risk
and students who are assigned to the more intimidating guests might feel
screwed. I don't want to watch some young kid sh!t their pants because they
have to ask your Dad about Afghanistan... or maybe that would be fun.
Dunno, but I don't think we will be psyched to grade papers. Maybe we need
a TA.
