Hey Guys, Apologies on the confusion with the DRAFT RFQ. From what we read, a team is required to include a rolling stock provider in its original proposal (page 20, 6.2 (f)) and has the ability to change the composition of its team after being short-listed (page 6, 4.1.5; page 11, 4.1.7). Again, the RFQ is expected on 11/30. Will keep you guys updated and please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
