Good talking to you this morning. Wanted to email you and cc: Devon Archer in our NY office who is taking the lead on sourcing opportunities for the Rosemont Solebury fund. If you can send information on the current offering to both of us, Devon can follow up and reach out to the right person at Allen & Co. in New York.

In addition, Devon, can you send Matt some information on Airvana. I did a poor job of explaining Airvana to Matt, but I know you thought there might be some synergies between Airvana and SmartSynch. I told Matt you'd send some info and he can decide whether it makes sense for SmartSynch and Airvana to follow up.
