Attaches are the financials for ACHST for 2008-2009. I will look for the
2009-2010 financials which are about the same only that included a few more
members.


Also attached is the discussion paper I mentioned. Note that this is still a
work in progress. Any comments appreciated, particularly as they relate to
what Seneca’s role would be
