I agree on space, just need someone else to step up and make the commitment instead of us. Will try to delay the building but remember you and I are personally guaranteeing the space. I know we will regret it, and let's see if we can wait for Chris, but goes to the base question of are we extending ourselves too far with nothing guaranteed.

I know the way forward with Chris - it is in the retrofitting of Rosemont Realty. We just need to be ready on that side. Need someone from Realty to be a point person. But I think we let them focus on the Fund side first as that is more important.

Not going to made a stink on the language - just will pass it along.

Chris Chafe could be a great ally if someone in our office d take the time to figure how we all fit together to our mutual benefit. If we can't figure put how to make that relationship work to our benefit than what the he'll business are we in.

I like your language better but don't need to make a stink about it- raise and have it changed for future material.
