Hello Robert Bide,

We are making some changes to the fees associated with your
American Express Serve(R) Account. Please read this information
carefully and retain a copy for your records.


Effective February 1, 2019, the following fees will apply(1):

* Card replacement: $5.00 per replacement Card, for standard delivery of
7-10 business days. This fee will apply if your Card is lost, stolen, or
damaged and you call or submit an online request to have a replacement
Card mailed to you.

* ATM transaction decline: $0.75 per decline. This fee will apply at a
MoneyPass(R) or other ATM, only if you enter an invalid PIN, exceed
your ATM withdrawal limits or your Account has insufficient funds.


If you have more than one Serve Account or have a Subaccount(s), the
same changes will apply to each Account. All other Account fees remain

Know your balance before visiting an ATM. Try one of these convenient
options to check your available balance:

* Mobile App: Use the Serve Mobile App(2)- download the iOS:

app. Opt to set up Quick Balance to see your available balance
displayed as soon as you open the app - easily, without
having to log in.

* Text/Email Alerts and On-Demand Notifications:

to schedule balance notifications
via email or text or to enable on-demand text notifications, such as
"BAL" to 73783 to get your current balance.(2)


Not sure you remember your ATM PIN?You can easily reset your PIN before
visiting an ATM:

* Online: Log into your Account at serve.com:

and select "Settings" from the drop down menu. Then select "Profile" and the
"ATM PIN" option to reset your PIN.

* Mobile App: Open the Serve Mobile App(2) and select "Settings" from the
drop down menu. Then select "Login & Security" and the "ATM PIN" option to
reset your PIN.
