--> Dear Robert, The recount madness continues, and legal costs are mounting. As you know, the fate of the House of Delegates lies in the outcome of the race between Democrat Shelly Simonds and Rep. David Yancey. The race went to Simonds during the recount, but then a three-judge panel decided a day later to reconsider a ballot that had multiple marks on it in Yancey’s favor. We believe that decision was not only wrong, but that it was not procedurally allowed… and we’re supporting Simonds’ legal challenge. There may be a hearing next week—and we need to be prepared.
