Jim,

Hope you are keeping well and all ready for the holidays!

Following up on our conversation of last week, while we were disappointed to hear that you had changed your mind on the penthouse, I do understand that it has to be the right fit for you.

As I mentioned, we had ordered all of the furniture last week. Fortunately, we were able to cancel most of the order as soon as I received your call. Yet, some of the items couldn’t be cancelled and were already delivered to the hotel. I know you mentioned you would cover the cost of the items we weren’t able to return or that were already installed, please see the receipt attached. We have your credit card on file. Please let me know if you would like to us to use it for payment, or prefer using some other method.

In the meantime just want to wish you and all the family a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

Hope we can still meet for dinner in January
