</span>Beginning January 1, 2011, the State of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:state
w:st="on">Connecticut Judicial Branch</st1:state></st1:place> will begin
displaying public information regarding the juris history of attorneys,
including public disciplinary history, on the Judicial Branch
website.<o:p></o:p></font></span></p>

</span>An attorney’s public disciplinary history includes all orders issued by
the <st1:personname w:st="on">Statewide Grievance</st1:personname> Committee
pursuant to Practice Book §2-37 (e.g. reprimands and conditions), all
presentment orders and all disciplinary orders issued by a court, including
resignations.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">

</span>The juris history displayed will also include non-disciplinary history,
including any deactivation of an attorney’s license for the following reasons:
suspensions or administrative suspensions for the failure to pay the Client
Security Fund in violation of Practice Book §2-70(b); retirement pursuant to
Practice Book §2-55; and placements on inactive (disability) status.<span

the Judicial Branch’s computerized database<s

back to an attorney’s admission to the <st1:state w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">Connecticut</st1:place></st1:state> bar.<o:p></o:p></font></span></p>

proposed public histories available to attorneys in “test mode” through Judicial
Branch E-services.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>You may review
your public history and report any disputed claims regarding your license to the

all grievance complaints in which probable cause was found are available to the
public, the Judicial Branch will not display dismissed or pending grievance

imposed pursuant to Practice Book §2-37 is currently under appeal, it will not
be displayed online unless and until it is a final order of discipline.<span

presentments ordered pursuant to Practice Book §2-35(e) are not final orders of
discipline, they will be displayed.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">

Committee orders of discipline will not be displayed for thirty days until the
appeal period has expired.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Court
history will be displayed immediately unless the Court has issued a
