TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><o:p><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></o:p></span></p> <p class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><font face="Times New Roman"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1"> </span>An attorney’s public disciplinary history includes all orders issued by the <st1:personname w:st="on">Statewide Grievance</st1:personname> Committee pursuant to Practice Book §2-37 (e.g. reprimands and conditions), all presentment orders and all disciplinary orders issued by a court, including resignations.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span><o:p></o:p></font></span></p> <p class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><o:p><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></o:p></span></p> <p class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><font face="Times New Roman"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1"> </span>The juris history displayed will also include non-disciplinary history, including any deactivation of an attorney’s license for the following reasons: suspensions or administrative suspensions for the failure to pay the Client Security Fund in violation of Practice Book §2-70(b); retirement pursuant to Practice Book §2-55; and placements on inactive (disability) status.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span><o:p></o:p></font></span></p> <p class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt;
