Guys,


Here's what I knocked out for NCR last night. They really liked it and want
to do all the projects, but need to sell them into the business units to get
buy-in and funding.


As I said on the call, they'd like to start with helping them consolidated
their operations in India over the next 6 months and they do want to our
help to try and resolve their Nigeria issue.


We'd likely officially start Jan 1st (new budget year), but I will talk to
them next Tuesday to put the contract and high-level plan together. They
we'll need to huddle on the best approach to get these items done over the
next few months.


It's a good place to start and the Chairman is the direct sponsor of the
India project, so if get this right, we will be in great shape.
