I hope are well and that you had some time to relax during the August holidays. I know when you and Lorenzo last talked, you mentioned wanting to meet and catch up in person in September.

I understand that you may be in Washington DC next week and if so, I would be happy to find time to meet. I know Eric and Tomar were able to meet yesterday to talk about the opportunities for CAF on Florida High Speed Rail and we look forward to getting your input on some potential partners for CAF on that project.
