Cool. We have the Mgmt Status from 11-12pm. We can catch up after that.

My plan is to get Thad and Chris to come to terms on the term sheet this
week and then have Marc write it up.

We have next Tuesday the 14th already booked for our next Steering Committee
meeting, so my proposal is we use time that time next week to cover what we
were going to cover last week. I believe Chris will be in DC next week for
that meeting as will I (and I bet Devon is I promise to take out for
Vietnamese food.)

We can finalize our approach tomorrow and I send out the note and meeting
invites.

Get some rest on the train.
