My mantra for the next few months is what's done is done but let's not make the same mistakes again. It was clear to CAF last night who does all the work. If we can rescue this it will be a nice payday for us.

Definitely shouldn't do Acciona Water project. Everything we have said we don't want to do. I am going to set the stage for that when we talk today at Noon. Not be overly negative just skeptical.

FYI, Abel brought this up to me last night and I mentioned to him that this is the Highway Bill and nothing new and money the HSR folks are already expecting. (Amazing how the press doesn't report this accurately.)
